I’m sharing a free craftivity (writing prompt and craft) which is perfect for opinion/persuasive writing. It is delicious looking, for sure!

This craft is great for opinion/persuasive writing lessons. It will keep your students engaged, and when finished, will create a stunning bulletin board display! It is also NO PREP for you. Simply print and go!
It is easy for students to complete. They color the doughnut and cut it out. This will create the cover of the flip book.
Next, they write their opinion on the lined circle. There are two types of lines provided – dotted and plain (perfect for lots of learners!). If your students are proficient writers, you can print spare lined pages. They can glue each page beneath the other! They cut out the circle page after writing.
Finally, they glue the colored doughnut on top of the lined circle page where it says ‘glue here’. Voila! They have created an adorable flip book.
