Hi there!
Welcome to my first foray into blogging at Terrific Teaching Tactics. Do you ever feel like you have no idea what you’re doing sometimes but you do it anyway? I am about as knowledgeable about blogging as I am about astrophysics. I know nothing! But here I am, giving it a go. I don’t know if anyone will actually read this, hence why I am rambling nonsense (I write exactly how I talk apparently!)
My name is Alex. I am a Primary School teacher. I used to teach full time, but now I am just doing casual/relief/substitute (whatever you call it!) teaching while I focus on being a teacher-author over at TeacherPayTeachers. My store is called Terrific Teaching Tactics. Check it out here! I mostly focus on no prep and interactive resources. I love making Math and Literacy worksheets for little learners!
I really want to show my resources in action. So, I hope that this blog will become a happy little place of teaching resources and ideas that is fun for me to create and useful for other teachers.
Teaching is hard. Planning lessons is time consuming. The internet becomes your savior. Pinterest was my best friend every Sunday when I planned for the week. I spent so long looking for ideas and I found some amazing stuff. I had so many of my own ideas but just never had time to create any resources to use in class or give back to others. Now I’m going for it! Wish me luck!
Don’t forget to check out my store here! You can also grab freebies from my free resource library. You can access the freebies by signing up for my newsletter 🙂
